- Handle strong caseloads, especially the upfront research and writing
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal/case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
- 3+ Years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Experience
- Juris Doctorate
- CA Bar License
- Strong writer and researcher
- Strong Compensation ($120K - $180K) + Bonus DOE
