Commercial Roofing Branch Manager
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our commercial roofing operations, overseeing our projects, and ensuring our customers are satisfied. You will be expected to have extensive sales and roofing management experience, as well as great organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Stakeholder management experience is a plus.
Position Overview:
Develop and execute strategies to increase efficiency and profitability of commercial roofing operations
Lead and manage projects to successful completion
Ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Oversee and manage the budget for commercial roofing operations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet customer needs
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of roofers and technicians
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide direction and guidance to subordinates
Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer complaints
Oversee and manage the budget for commercial roofing operations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet customer needs
Qualifications:
5+ years of Commercial Roofing Management experience
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Stakeholder management experience is a plus
Ability to lead and manage a team of roofers and technicians
